Policies

1.      All PCD LLC course enrollment is confirmed when class fees are paid in full and are due prior to course start date. Training materials will be issued at the time of enrollment confirmation

·        Courses can be purchased as gifts and remain valid for one year from date of purchase unless otherwise limited

·        There is no refund given for course material purchased

·        Due to the amount of preparation involved in a SCUBA course of instruction the following refund policy applies to the courses as listed:

O/W Course	$200 non refundable fee on all Open Water courses of instruction Inability to start/continue training as verified by a licensed medical doctor refund will be determined by course session  Failure to meet at scheduled course time may result in being dropped from the course and at the option of the Director of Training may or may not result in being rescheduled for another course Voluntary withdrawal from course result in no refund Removal from course due to disruptive, rude or offensive behavior toward staff or members of the course results in no refund
Advanced Open Water	No Refund
Rescue	No Refund
Master SCUBA Diver	No Refund
Divemaster	No Refund

2.  All PCD LLC trip fees are due at time of trip reservation, unless otherwise established

·        If the trip cancellation is made within 30 days of the trip date, 50% of the total fee will be charged as a cancellation fee  

·        If the trip cancellation is made from 15 to 29 days before the drip date, 75% of the total fee will be charged as a cancellation fee

·        If the trip cancellation is made with less than 15 days before the trip date or the guest is a no show, a full (100%) charge will be applied as a cancellation fee

3.   Equipment Purchase and Special Order

·        Equipment purchased from PCD LLC will be paid in full at time of purchase

·        PCD does not offer layaway or financing

·        Special order purchases will be paid for in full prior to being ordered

·        Wetsuits required for training that are not standard in stock student wetsuits will be purchased by the student prior to being ordered

4.      Equipment Provided During PCD OW & SCUBA Courses

·        PCD will provide students in Open Water SCUBA & SCUBA diving (entry level) courses with regulator rig, BCD, cylinder, compressed air fills, wet suit, weight belt/weights and admission to pool and local dive sites. Exceptions: Use of a wet suit is only applicable to standard sizes being maintained in stock by PCD. Should a special wet suit be required for the student it will be at the students’ expense, same applies to fins and weight belts. Should the students desire to complete their check dives at a location other than the local dive locations there will be additional fees

·        PCD does not provide students in Advance SCUBA courses with rental equipment included in the tuition fee

5.      Damaged Rental Equipment

·        Students in Open Water courses of instruction using PCD equipment are considered the Renter and responsible for the equipment as listed in item 5.

·        Equipment rented from PCD LLC becomes the responsibility of the renters and any damage will be noted on the rental form. Equipment returned damaged will charged at the current replacement rate

·        Lost or stolen equipment is also the responsibility of the renter

    6. Equipment Warranty

·        BCD's, Regulators (1st, 2nd & Octopus), Wetsuits, Weight Belts and Fins have a warranty period of one year from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. Equipment must be presented to PCD LLC for warranty claims and will be sent to the manufacturer(s) for evaluation. Any equipment found to be defective will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer not PCD LLC. Equipment found to be damaged due to misuse, abuse or mistreatment will be returned to the owner

    7. Equipment Return 

·        Clearance or special order equipment cannot be returned for refund

·        BCD's, Regulator Rigs (1st, 2nd Stages, Octopus) and Wetsuits may be returned for store credit within 72 hours If unused and in the original boxes any sign of use or damage cancels a return

    8. Test Dive of Equipment 

·        As a standard practice PCD LLC does not allow customers to 'test dive' equipment
